Welcome to Trip My Farm (the “Portal”). By accessing or using our website, services, or mobile application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Definitions
• Portal/Platform – Refers to Trip My Farm, its website, and mobile application.
• User/Traveler – Any person who visits, registers, or books a farmhouse through Trip My Farm.
• Owner/Host – Any person or entity listing their farmhouse/property on Trip My Farm.
• Booking – A confirmed reservation made by a User via Trip My Farm.
2. Role of Trip My Farm
• Trip My Farm is a listing and booking platform only.
• We are not a farmhouse owner, travel agency, or property manager.
• All bookings, payments, and stays are direct agreements between Users and Owners.
• Trip My Farm only provides digital space for listings and online booking facilitation.
3. Liability Disclaimer
• Trip My Farm is not responsible for property condition, cleanliness, safety, or owner behavior.
• Trip My Farm is not responsible for user behavior, damages, or illegal activity at the farmhouse.
• Any disputes, cancellations, refunds, or damages are to be resolved directly between Owner and User.
• Trip My Farm shall not be liable for:
o Accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of property during stay.
o Misrepresentation of farmhouse details by the Owner.
o Disputes over booking, pricing, or cancellation.
4. Booking & Payments
• All bookings made are subject to owner confirmation.
• Payment terms (advance, balance, refund, or cancellation charges) are defined by the Owner.
• Trip My Farm may charge a service/commission fee, which is non-refundable.
• Users must ensure correct details while booking.
5. User Responsibilities
• Users agree to provide accurate information while registering/booking.
• Users are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Illegal activities (gambling, drugs, weapons, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
6. Owner Responsibilities• Owners must provide accurate and updated details of their farmhouse.
• Owners are solely responsible for maintenance, safety, and hospitality.
• Owners must comply with local laws, licenses, and regulations.7. Cancellations & Refunds• Cancellation/refund policies are set by the Owner, not Trip My Farm.
• Trip My Farm does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated by the Owner.
• Service/Convenience fees charged by Trip My Farm are non-refundable.8. IndemnityBy using this Portal, Users and Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trip My Farm, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from use of the Portal, bookings, or stays.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur.
10. Changes to Terms
Trip My Farm reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
